Counseling & Student Services Department

The Counseling and Student Services Department at Deltona High School is committed to supporting the academic, personal, social, and career success of every student. Our certified school counselors and Student Services Team are here to help students successfully navigate high school and prepare for life beyond graduation.

We provide guidance and support in areas including mental health and wellness, academic advising, college and career planning, technical and trade education pathways, self-advocacy, school involvement, goal setting, conflict resolution, study skills, graduation planning, and connections to available resources and support services.

The Discipline Department works alongside our Counseling Team to maintain a safe, respectful, and positive school environment. The department can assist students and families with concerns related to bullying, harassment, conflicts, and other student behavior matters.

Our Student Services Team also provides assistance with programs and processes such as Dual Enrollment, Advanced Placement courses, college and career advising, Deltona High School academies and career and technical education programs, transcripts, student records, attendance support, graduation requirements, and other academic services.

The Counseling and Student Services Department is here to ensure that every Deltona High School student has the resources, guidance, and support needed to succeed in high school, prepare for the future, and achieve their goals.
