VCS Self Service Password Reset is the tool we use to that allow you to self-manage your passwords 24/7 from anywhere on any device with internet access. Before you can use the self-service feature, you must create your questions and answers profile.
The self-service feature will allow you to:
- Unlock your account anytime you accidently enter an incorrect password
- Change your password anytime you feel your password has been compromised
- Change your password before or after it reaches the 90-day expiration
